- Deletion requests must be authenticated (to prevent impersonation).

- Content deletion (posts, projects, comments)
- Alias reset (retain activity, wipe identifiable handle)
2. Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained temporarily or indefinitely to:
- Satisfy legal obligations (e.g., court orders, audits)
- Maintain moderation or project integrity (e.g., logs tied to civic decisions)
- Support anonymized, aggregated analytics
All retained data will be decoupled from identifying account metadata wherever possible.

- Partial deletions will include a summary of what was retained and why.
